Lanier Shaver & Herring's predecessor corporations, starting with Milton H. Lanier, Sr.'s solo practice, started provider to the network in 1899. The predecessor firms to Ford Caldwell Ford & Payne commenced whilst Earle Ford opened a solo exercise in Huntsville in 1916.
