Mr. Kimmel became born in Memphis, Tennessee; but is a lifelong resident of Mississippi. His criminal schooling turned into acquired at Mississippi College School of Law wherein he received his Juris Doctorate in 1986. Since joining the organization and moving to Greenwood, Mr. Kimmel has been a Member of the Leflore County Bar Association. Mr. Kimmel is a commercial rated multi-engine pilot with over 10,000 hours overall time of which approximately 6,000 hours is agricultural flying. Mr. Kimmel has a passion for aviation and therefore his number one practice area includes the location of insurance aviation defense. Mr. Kimmel has been admitted in over 10 states in his aviation practice. Mr. Kimmel additionally practices in regions of commercial litigation, wellknown tort litigation, merchandise liability, premises liability, car liability and trucking cases.
Mr. Kimmel has conducted numerous applications and continuing training training on aviation troubles and standard tort litigation. Mr. Kimmel is a member of the Lawyer Pilots Bar Association, National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Bar Association, Panel Attorney for Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), Defense Research Institute, Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and a member of the Eagle Society issued through the Aviation Insurance Association.
