Mr. Williams has practiced with Upshaw, Williams for 40 years. He is admitted to exercise in all Mississippi Courts. Mr. Williams is a member of both the American College of Trial Attorneys / Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates, invitation only businesses of Trial Attorneys throughout the United States.

Mr. Williams' exercise is largely devoted to the defense of professional negligence claims regarding medical doctors, sanatorium and different clinical professionals as well as the defense of negligence claims in opposition to legal professionals. He also has an interest in, and represents clients in product liability litigation.

Tommie and his wife have kids and 3 grandchildren. They attend North Greenwood Baptist Church in Greenwood, where Tommie serves as a Deacon and Sunday School teacher.
