Brian Dominguez is a accomplice within the company’s Miami office. Mr. Dominguez has defended severa resorts, resorts, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and tour operators. Mr. Dominguez has also defended numerous producers and outlets of products inclusive of aircrafts, automobiles, motorcycles, e-cigarette products, vehicle restraint structures, heavy machinery, engines, and maritime vessels.
Prior to becoming a member of Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Dominguez served as a regulation clerk for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to his clerkship, Mr. Dominguez served as a judicial fellow to Judge Jordan on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Dominguez graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mr. Dominguez obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in which he graduated with honors and obtained the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement for his educational performance inside the Mostics in Citizenship and Immigration Law seminar.
While in law faculty, Mr. Dominguez served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade County Office of the State Attorney, the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center, and the University of Miami Tenant’s Rights Clinic. Mr. Dominguez is fluent in Spanish.
