Law Office: Margot Marie Pickering
Margot is a graduate of Kansas University Law School and practices with the Pickering Law Firm. Her emphasis is supporting in corporate disputes litigation.
Previously, Margot labored as an lawyer at Gary E. Hinck P.A. in Mosteka, KS, where she assisted individual customers and small organizations to put together for submitting Chapter 7, 11, and thirteen bankruptcies.
During regulation faculty, Margot labored at the Family Health Legal Clinic in Kansas City Kansas. The Clinic supplied prison assistance to low earnings and minority people. Margot also spent a summer season as a felony intern with Johnson County, Kansas District Court. She wrote felony memorandums on the request of the District Court Judges, and achieved studies services for them as well.
Margot attended Kansas State as an undergraduate, receiving her undergraduate diploma in psychology from Kansas State University. During her undergraduate studies she worked for the workplace of Brenda Bell, a solo practitioner in Manhattan, Kansas. Margot furnished a huge variety of workplace guide, and paralegal assist for Mrs. Bell’s exercise of own family regulation, personal bankruptcy and landlord tenant disputes.
Margot grew up in Kansas, and has fun watching both K-State soccer and KU basketball. Outside of practising regulation, Margot enjoys gambling golfing, jogging, skiing, and reading. Margot is the middle of 3 sisters and enjoys sharing her passion for the felony profession thru working with her father, Chris Pickering.
