She joined the company in 2012. Prior to getting into private exercise, Ms. Yencarelli served two years as Senior Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida. While an Assistant Attorney General on the Florida Office of the Attorney General, Ms. Yencarelli's accomplishments on the Mortgage Fraud Task Force and in Antitrust Litigation earned her a Distinguished Service Award.
At age 23, Ms. Yencarelli become the youngest in her elegance to graduate with a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law. In regulation school, she had the distinct honor of interning on the Florida Supreme Court underneath Justice Raoul G. Cantero, III. Ms. Yencarelli graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science in Advertising and a minor in Business Administration. Through her difficult work, she become able to finance one hundred% of her undergraduate education and a great part of her graduate training thru instructional scholarships.
Admitted to practice in Florida in 2008, Ms. Yencarelli is a member of the Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, and Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
