Subsequent to working for the federal authorities, Kristina received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Faulkner University, Jones School of Law, graduating expeditiously in 2012. During law faculty, Kristina became a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Honor Society and served as Vice President of the Women's Legal Society.

Prior to becoming a member of Butler, Kristina litigated numerous criminal and misdemeanor trials as an Assistant Public Defender for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit. In addition to representing the indigent, Kristina also simultaneously served as the Staff Attorney for the DUI Court Diversionary Program under the Honorable Judge David L. Denkin.

Following the practice of crook regulation, Kristina won civil litigation experience as Senior Attorney for the Department of Children and Families, in which she served as an recommend for baby welfare.

Kristina is a member of the Florida Bar, American Inn of Court, and the Manatee County Bar Association (MCBA). She presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the MCBA.
